Returns & Exchanges

Shelor Fashion Corp accepts returns of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition with the tags. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and must provide us with a tracking number from a courier of their choice. We are not responsible for returned packages that are never received. Original shipping fees are not refunded. Packages post-marked after the 7 day returns period will not be accepted for return. Please make sure you have submitted an order with a valid address. Shelor Fashion Corp is not responsible for packages that are miss-delivered or non-delivered because of an invalid address. We also do not refund shipping fees for packages that are delivered back to us.  Upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue a full refund.  If you have received a damaged or defective product please let us know and we will be happy to replace it or refund it. We will also gladly exchange any item from your order if it's in stock. Send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate you.
